I can’t get away with Caribbean style hot sauce, it’s just far too acidic for my tastes – All I get is acid and heat.

Encona is a go to sauce in the UK, you’ll get it in any supermarket for reasonable prices and it actually tastes good. Keep an eye out for their reaper sauce, it’s lovely, I quite like the papaya one too.
